Creating an account

The first step to starting with CodeSpell is to create an account. This will allow you to access the platform, participate in coding challenges, and receive feedback on your code.

Create your account​

  1. Open the CodeSpell web app - https://app.codespell.net.
  2. Choose Sign up.
  3. Provide the required details.

Choose your role​

Depending on the reason you are using CodeSpell, you can either be a student or a professor. Each role has different access and permissions on the platform.

When logging into the web app for the first time, you will be prompted to select a role - Student or Professor.

If you’re not sure which role you need, start as a student and ask help to your professor/administrator.
